The Gabriel Apartments, located in Pomona, California is single 4-story Type V wrap style apartment building. The wood framed building houses a total of 312 units comprising over 275,000 square feet of living space. The project also has over 10,000 square feet of enclosed mixed-use space including a corner retail space, fitness center, community clubhouse, designated remote co-work space, dog wash and lounges. The project all sits on an on-grade PT mat slab with building steps throughout to account for the site’s slope. Outside spaces include several landscaped courtyards and pool deck. The centrally located parking structure was also engineered by PBA.
