Tailored Design Team
We will carefully study the project and select a team of engineers led by a senior engineer with experience and knowledge tailored to the specific needs of the project
early coordination
During DD phase, we will complete a schematic layout of the framing and shear wall locations, with MEP in mind, to assist the architect with coordinating between consultants.
Internal Peer Review
During CD phase, we will complete a thorough review of the plans & calculations, provide additional value engineering, and complete further Architectural and MEP coordination.
