PBA is proud to announce that another experienced engineer has chosen to join our staff.  Mr. Lin is a licensed engineer in California and comes to us with a BS degree from UC Berkeley.  Mr. Lin has experience in the structural design and seismic retrofit of CMU, wood, concrete, and steel buildings of varying sizes.  His  role at PBA will include structural engineering and project management of new custom homes and apartment structures.
