Structural Observations

Structural Observations

Observation of construction:

  1. Structural site observations for the limited purposes of reviewing the structural framing for general conformance with the structural design intent focused on the location and attachment of major structural components, and observing any specific areas which may be brought to Consultant’s attention by the Owner’s representative.  Observations are a technique employed to minimize the risk of problems arising during construction and do not insure, warranty or constitute a guarantee of any type.
  2. Written reports listing observed deficiencies.
  3. Summary letter at conclusion of final structural observation stating that the observations have been made and noting that, to the best of our knowledge, all observed deficiencies have been corrected.
